Admission Process

We are thrilled that you are considering Elias International School for your child’s foundational education. Choosing the right learning environment is one of the most significant decisions you will make for your family, and our dedicated admissions team is here to support and guide you through every milestone of this process.

Our enrollment procedure is intentionally simple, transparent, and designed to help you discover our community while we learn more about your child’s unique gifts. We warmly welcome families into a nurturing, Christ-centered ecosystem where academic distinction, character development, and spiritual growth flourish hand in hand.

Your Step-by-Step Enrollment Guide

Step 1: Initial Inquiry & Campus Tour

We encourage prospective families to begin their journey by submitting an Online Inquiry Form or contacting our Admissions Office directly to book a private school tour, attend an upcoming Open Day, or request a digital copy of our School Prospectus. During your visit, you will meet members of our academic leadership team and explore our 21st-century learning facilities firsthand.

Step 2: Entrance Assessment & Readiness Check

Your child will be invited to the school campus for an age-appropriate assessment or interview, tailored to their intended year group:

  • Nursery & Kindergarten (Ages 2–6): Early Years Readiness Assessment.
  • Primary 1 to 5: Foundational Readiness Assessment.
  • Junior Secondary (JSS1–JSS3): Core Entrance Assessment in English Language and Mathematics.
  • Senior Secondary (SS1–SS3): Subject-specific academic assessments aligned with chosen career pathways, followed by an interactive panel interview.

Note: For early learners, this is a fun, interactive session designed to observe social, physical, and emotional milestones.

Step 3: Formal Application Submission

Once you decide to move forward, complete the Official Application Form (available at the school office or via our web portal). A non-refundable application fee is required at this stage along with the following mandatory documentation:

  1. Admission Letter (Original and Photocopy).
  2. Completed and signed Application Form (Original and Photocopy).
  3. Two recent passport photographs (taken against a red background).
  4. National Identification Number (NIN) slip of the applicant.
  5. Birth Certificate or certified age declaration (Photocopy).
  6. Detailed Medical Report from a government-approved general or private hospital.
  7. Up-to-date Immunization Card (Compulsory for Nursery and Kindergarten pupils only).

Official academic transcripts or report cards from the applicant’s previous school.

Step 4: Official Offer of Admission

Elias International School proudly operates an inclusive learning model and is not purely selective; admissions are determined by a student’s readiness to learn, behavioral suitability, and classroom space availability. Following a successful evaluation, a formal Letter of Offer will be issued via email or phone, based on three core pillars:

  • Demonstrated academic readiness.
  • Exemplary personal behavior and character traits.

Alignment with our Christ-centered communal values.

Step 5: Acceptance, Fee Settlement & Enrollment

To confirm and secure your child’s seat, parents must complete and return the formal Acceptance Form, pay the non-refundable registration fee and institutional development levy, and clear any outstanding documentation. Upon completion, your child is officially enrolled, and comprehensive joining instructions—covering uniforms, orientation schedules, textbook requirements, and the academic calendar—will be issued to ensure a flawless transition.
