SILVER TERM 2020/2021 SESSION – NEWS LETTER

Together with you we are thanking the Almighty God for the gift of life, sound health, and the precious gifts of the children who are God’s own heritage among other gifts.

We further would like to thank God that none of us, neither any of our children is a victim or casualty of the most talked about Pandemic.  May God’s grace continue to abound for us all. Amen. 

VACATION AND RESUMPTION: The school closes formally on Wednesday, April 14^th , 2021 and resumes on 4^th May 2021.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           ADMISSION INTO COLLEGE:  Our pupils have learnt a lot this term. Do not keep this good service to yourself. Call on your family and friends and direct them to the school office for enquiry and admission. The form is still Five thousand (₦5,000) naira only. Grade 6 should get ready for their common entrance examination into Elias International Secondary School.

• The need for a Chess instructional class/club was discussed on PTIF meeting on 13^th February 2021, an invited Chess consultant enumerated on the benefit of the game. Chess is an educational game that helps the brain in critical thinking.

NURSERY:  Children this term, tried various activities which made them step up academically and keep them busy in their daily routines. Their independence is flourishing and their imaginations are soaring to new level with lots of rhymes, letter blanks, phonics songs, identification of various parts of the body and object sorting by colour, size and shapes. It can only get better in the coming term i.e (GOLD TERM)

PRIMARY: With much effort, our pupils gained much knowledge in and outside the classroom. They had the opportunities to be creative. They made slippers and sandals, First Aid Box, Dresses and racket for table tennis game. All these are made with hard carton  and clothes.

They also have the opportunity to prepare meals and fruit Juice using various methods. We are very proud of them all but more is expected of every child as they advance.

PUNCTUALITY: We implore our dear parents to comply with the laid down rule of 7:00 – 7:50am prevent the embarrassment of taking your child back home. Thanks for your usual co-operation.

GRADUATION/PRIZE GIVING DAY: There will be a colourful graduation ceremony for all our pupils especially the KG and Primary 6 and their parents.

DRESS CODE:  Black or Navy Blue suit with cream shirt and wine bold tie.

SCHOOL FEE ADJUSTMENT: As we know that we are over due for increment. We implore parents to take the slight adjustment in our children school fees in good faith believing in God for open heaven to meet our childrens’ need. The increment is to enable us serve you better.

CELEBRATION:We celebrate with the following families for their new born babies, Mrs Adebayo, Mrs Ileasu, Mrs Uzoru and Mrs Iduwonyi.  

CONCLUSION: We are happy to announce the end of Silver term of 2020/2021 Academic Session of the school year happily. Thanks to Almighty God for his mercies, protection, provision and security. Our heart felt appreciations also go to you, for sacrificing your time and resources in one way or the other to ensure you support your child and the school.
